Fenpropathrin is a pyrethroid insecticide/acaricide classified by IRAC in Group 3A (sodium channel modulators). It provides strong activity against a broad spectrum of mites (including spider mites, eriophyids, tenuipalpids and tarsonemids) across multiple life stages (larvae, nymphs and adults). DAWA 30 EC may also provide activity against certain insect pests such as psyllids, mealybugs and whiteflies, primarily through residual contact with treated surfaces and, where applicable, ingestion during feeding.

DAWA 30 EC
Fenpropathrin is a pyrethroid insecticide/acaricide classified by IRAC in Group 3A (sodium channel modulators). It provides strong activity against a broad spectrum of mites (including spider mites, eriophyids, tenuipalpids and tarsonemids) across multiple life stages (larvae, nymphs and adults). DAWA 30 EC may also provide activity against certain insect pests such as psyllids, mealybugs and whiteflies, primarily through residual contact with treated surfaces and, where applicable, ingestion during feeding.
- Fenpropathrin 30.0 %
The insecticidal and acaricidal activity is mainly due to contact action and, to a lesser extent, ingestion. After application, DAWA 30 EC provides protection through residual activity on treated surfaces, which can contribute to sustained control.
Key benefits include rapid knock-down after application and a repellent and anti-feeding effect on target pests. In mites, exposure can reduce feeding activity and may negatively affect reproduction (e.g., reduced oviposition), depending on the species and conditions.
DAWA 30 EC belongs to IRAC Group 3A (pyrethroids; sodium channel modulators). It should be used within an anti-resistance strategy by rotating with acaricides/insecticides with different modes of action.
As with all plant protection products, potential effects on beneficial arthropods (including pollinators and predatory mites) depend on exposure and use pattern; therefore, label directions and risk-mitigation measures should be followed.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF TREATMENTS
1 application, Repeat the application if necessary with an interval of 7 to 10 days.
Avoid making 2 applications in succession with this product: intersperse with another insecticide-acaricide of a different mode of action.
Regulate the pH.
The effectivenes of treatments are provided by a complete follage wettiness and use of adjuvant.
INTERVAL BETWEEN LAST APPLICATION AND HARVEST (WAITING PERIOD)
24 h
APPLICATION EQUIPMENT
The product can be applied to ground equipment (motorized knapsack pumps, equipped with centrifugal pumps and rotary terminals). RE-ENTRY PERIOD
Wait 24 hours. If it is necessary to enter before this period, full protective equipment must be worn.
The product is compatible with most commonly used acaricides and paraffinic mineral oils. However, carry out a compatibility test to avoid problems.
PHYTOTOXICITYIt is not phytotoxic when used according to the recommendations and doses of SPACHEM S.L. In case of mixing, perform a small scale test to check compatibility and phytotoxicity.
REMARKS
The recommendations and information we provide are the result of extensive and rigorous studies and tests, however, numerous factors beyond our control may intervene in the use (preparation of mixtures, application, weather, etc.). The company guarantees the composition, formulation and content. The user will be liable for any damage caused ( lack of efficacy, general toxicity, residues, etc.) due to total or partial non-observance of the label instructions.
DAWA 30 EC is a concentrated suspension with systemic movement in crops , generating an external and internal protection in plant. The effectivenes of treatments are provided by a complete foliage wettiness and and use of adjuvant.
PREPARATION OF THE MIXTURE- Verify the correct calibration of the equipment before starting the application
- Put water halfway up the tank of the applicator equipment, add the necessary amount of DAWA 30 EC product according to the dose recommended on this label, keeping the shaker running and top up with the rest of the volume of water.
- It is recommended to add a non-ionic adjuvant to improve coverage.
- Before starting any treatment, it is essential to verify the correct calibration of the equipment and the proper functioning of the nozzles (filters and pads), replacing the defective parts.
- Do not perform applications with high temperatures.
- Apply away from springs, courses, or fountains.
- Always calibrate your equipment with water only before applying the product.
- Remember to get the right auxiliary equipment (solid and liquid product meters), graduated trays, stirring paddles, brushes, brushes, etc.
- Use the following protective equipment for mixing, loading, and applying: boots, mask, goggles, gloves, and dispenser.
