RADIANCE 24 SC is an insecticide-acaricide based on Chlorfenapyr, it is highly effective by contact and ingestion in insects, and has very good translaminar penetration in plants. It is a broad- spectrum product and effective in controlling pests that attack a variety of crops and have developed resistance to other insecticides.
Classified by the IRAC as a Pyrrole, Monosite, with medium resistance risk, it is presented as a tool for the management of resistance to other acaricides and insecticides in mixtures or rotations.

Chlorfenapyr is a pro-insecticide that is converted into an active metabolite by enzymatic action in the gut of insects and mites (Rand, 2004). The main mechanism of action of Chlorfenapyr is the uncoupling in the mitochondria of oxidative phosphorylation (Hunt & Treacy, 1998).
